In the article the happiness problem is investigated. It is shown that representations containing in various philosophical doctrines about happiness are a consequence of certain understanding of "nature" of the person. Fromma, V. Frankla, Z.P. Sartra's works, etc. the comparative analysis of the specified concepts is carried out, are allocated their positive and negative sides.
