The object of the study consisted in investigation of functional status of the kidneys and mineral metabolism in the process of treatment of 38 patients at the age of 21-62 years with limb fractures. The kidneys function was estimated by the method of dynamic and segmental renoscintigraphy using an emission computer tomograph produced by "Siemens". The secretory-and-excretory function of componental segments as well as of each kidney was analyzed by histograms. The change of the kidney function manifested itself in the increase of the curve vascular and secretory segments, and also in the change of the equilibrium between the processes of secretion and excretion, in decrease of evacuator ability and hypotension of the calices-pelves system too.
