Sexual violence against minor members of the family

The article considers the problems of law-making in the sphere of responsibility for crimes against sexualfreedom and sexual inviolability of women in the family. The consequences of sexual violence on victims, who are in the consanguineous or marriage and family relations with the guilty and legal experience of foreign countries are analyzed. Changes of the Russian criminal legislation are proposed.
