This article analyzes the basic provisions of criminal law aimed at protecting minors from sexual abuse. Analyzed the characteristic signs of crimes against sexual inviolability of minors. The article presents theoretical materials and practical recommendations for qualifying sexual crimes against sexual inviolability of minors.
