The results are presented of the study and the use of mechanisms of correction of adaptive potential of tomato and sweet bell red pepper plants on basis of RAPD-analysis and selection on microgametophyte. The techniques and course of investigations during obtaining of tomato cultivars with complex resistance to phytopathogenes and low temperature were considered. The comparative estimation was made of cold resistance between sporophyte and microgametophyte in different cultivars of sweet bell red pepper. On basis of molecular and gametic selective methods for short time the valuable selective material was obtained for tomato and pepper with complex tolerance to phytopathogenes (Phytophtora infestans DB. и Tobacco mosaic virus) and to cold.
