Agricultural and wild animals as biological resources in the system of nature use of Kalmykia

The degradation processes of pasture fields of Republic of Kalmykia as a result of excessive increase of quantity of agricultural animals have been analyzed. The influence of this factor on the condition of biological variety of arid ecosystems has been researched. The opportunity and necessity of use of traditional forms of managing in the system of nature use in Kalmykia have been examined.
