Family policy in the system of state social policy

This article provides an analysis of the social policy of the state towards the family as a unified system of principles, actions, organizational, economic, legal, scientific and information advocacy, human nature aiming at improving conditions and enhancing the quality of life of Russian families. In the development of state family policy three levels of legislative and executive power are included - it is federal, regional and local ones. Each of them implements national, regional and local objective functions, and manifests socio-cultural features of family relations which underlie the basis of effectiveness of management structures and programs to support the family.
