Family trouble as a factor victimizing

The article describes different points of view of scientists on the concept of «family trouble», identifies the causes and conditions conducive to family disadvantage in Russia. An analysis of the effects of family problems leads the author to the conclusion about the necessity of studying the legal framework for the protection of the family and improvement of the legal mechanism of elimination of causes and conditions conducive to the development of family problems in our country.
