Family education in shaping attitudes to healthy lifestyles in preschool children by means of physical culture and sports

The article deals with the formation of the attitude to a healthy lifestyle among preschoolers by means of physical culture and sports in the conditions of family education. The author notes the criteria for the effectiveness of the education of a healthy lifestyle, the tasks that should be performed by parents in the work on the formation of attitudes to a healthy lifestyle in preschool children. The article describes in detail the basic knowledge, skills and abilities that need to be instilled in children in the conditions of family education in the process of forming a relationship to a healthy lifestyle and methods of organizing this work of the family and children.
