Family law: problems and horizons

Abstracts: In the article, the specific features of the family law relations are researched as compared to the civil law relations. The attention is given to such family law structures as the joint will, heritage contract, beneficiary property of the spouses, joint property of the former spouses. The conclusion is made about the necessity to add a record into the Property Rights Register about the property acquisition during the marriage period. It is stated that the family law should be reformed step by step with due account for the specific features of the family relations and for the change in the objective conditions of public life.
