The family as a constitutional value in Russia

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal consolidation of the family as a value for society and the state. Trends of family institution development are considered. Some problems in the studied sphere and ways to solve them are analyzed. The author concludes that at the present stage of the development of Russian statehood, a comprehensive improvement of the family assistance mechanism is necessary.
