Family as a subject of juvenile delinquency prevention

The prevention of juvenile delinquency is an urgent task for any society, since this type of crime determines the state, dynamics and structure of ordinary crime in future years. The determinants of juvenile delinquency are very diverse, but the predominance of family and family education needs to be recognized because of the age of the perpetrators. The article considers some criminological aspects of family relations, substantiates the conclusion about the need to study the family as a subject of crime prevention among persons under the age of majority. A socially prosperous family should become the basis of a system for the prevention of criminal and delinquent behavior among persons under the age of eighteen.
