The paper presents a theoretical sociological analysis of the impact of post modernization onto change of the content of labour behaviour and, in this regard, onto the role of the state as a specific subject of the socio-economic relations. The empirical sociological research showed that government regulation can not be reduced to the provision of services for the creation and transfer of competencies.
