Network planning and management

Network planning is a method of control, which is based on the application of the exact apparatus of the theory of graphs, as well as a systematic approach to the display and algorithmization of complexes of interrelated works, operations or events to achieve a clearly defined goal. The main purpose of network planning is to minimize the duration of the project, which in turn is aimed at reducing the cost of its implementation.
