The article explores the potential of using network planning and management in designing the process of creating and introducing innovative machine-building products to the market. The advantages of network planning and management, its adaptability with the possibility of extensive use of computer equipment and technologies are revealed, which determines the relevance of this management method in modern conditions. The plan of measures for the creation and mastering of new technology was formulated and optimized, and the effectiveness of applying network planning in practice was determined.
