The network interaction of institutions of sea transport and fishery

The article discusses the issue of personnel training for maritime transport and fishery on the basis of the network form of implementation of educational programs. The author defines the network interaction concept and expresses his opinion on how to implement the network interaction. The article gives the opportunity to explore the experience of regions in training personnel for regional economies, particularly, for remote regions of the country, such as the Sakhalin region.
