Network resources as tools of political participation in contemporary Russia

The article analyzes the role and capability of network resources (primarily, social networks) in the process of ensuring political participation and the effectiveness of the feedback system of the state and society. The author examines both conventional and unconventional forms of network political participation and concludes that the network resources play a dual role: as a possible source of political instability and an effective feedback mechanism between political power and society.
