The sphere of culture in the focus of intellectual property

The article is devoted to the study of the practice of registration of intellectual property rights in the field of culture. The problem is posed by the results of intellectual activity in the field of culture, which are not related to copyright and related rights, which can be considered as an object of intellectual property. The main groups of intellectual property objects that are created in the field of culture are identified, and examples of registered objects are given. The tasks of developing competencies in the field of intellectual property among students of cultural universities are outlined.
