The field of school education as a starting environment for the formation of human capital: an analytical aspect

The article presents the author's methodology for analyzing the contribution of school education to the formation of human capital, which was tested on the example of one of the schools in the Yaroslavl region - Bolsheselskaya Secondary School. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions are formulated about the school's contribution to the formation of human capital, problems are identified and ways to solve them are proposed. This method of analysis may be of practical interest to other educational institutions and departments of education.
