Spheral approach in the development of innovation regional library

The article deals with the problem of interaction between the infosphere and the bibliosphere, the development of the axiosphere in the communicative space of the regional library; the influence of the spheral approach on the innovative activity of the library is investigated. The experience of the State Universal Scientific Library of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is reflected in the introduction to the national cultural heritage, in the implementation of social and cultural projects.
