In article the modern aspects of the formation of multinational enterprises are considered. The factor’s model of the presence of corporations in national markets is proposed for discussion. Identifying areas of application of efforts to retain the markets of interest will make it possible to predict the further state of the national economy, balance the interests of private entrepreneurship and the state, which is an exponent of public interest. The opposite statement is also true, the «axiom» is confirmed: national territorial management is more successful where there is a reasonable balanced regulation of factors of interest for multinational enterprises, in whatever form of ownership they are implemented. To include the national market in the sphere of interests of big business, it is required to control the risky areas of the formation of financial flows and optimize the use of resources. For this, it is proposed to consider the availability of energy resources, the acquisition of real estate, a developed information structure, a competitive tax system and highly qualified labor resources, supported by an appropriate level of remuneration.
