Some aspects of women's participation in the political process in the modern Russian society

The paper deals with the problem of women's participation in the political process in the modern Russian society. The author analyzes the roots of the gender inequality in power relations, as well as the phenomenon of women's political leadership in the framework of constitutional human and civil rights and freedoms.
