The Review focuses on the history of writing and analysis of one of the major doctrinal books of the Evangelical Lutheran Church - “Smalcald Articles” (1537). Martin Luther, the author of “Smalcald articles” is the founder of the Reformation. Smalcald articles figure prominently among the Lutheran doctrinal books such as Small and Large Catechism of Martin Luther (1529), the Augsburg Confession (1530), The Apology of the Augsburg Confession (1532) (written by Philipp Melanchthon) and the Formula of Concord (1580)
