Symbiotic activity of Medicago falcata L. root nodule in the conditions of Central Yakutia

The article deals with formation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and represents the quantitative estimation of symbiotic nitrogen in agrobiocoenoses of varieties and breeding lines of alfalfa in Central Yakutia. Inoculation with biopreparations has a strong effect on productivity of green mass and seeds of “Syulinskaya” alfalfa variety. Treatment of seeds with the strain CXM1-48 provides the highest productivity of green mass reaching 17.2 ton/he, while treatment with the master seed strain 425a results in seed productivity as high as 4 centner/he.
