Simbirsk office of the provincial insurance in 1921-1922

The article discusses the initial path of formation and financing activities of new insurance agencies which emerged from the office of Province Insurance. It also regards an attempt to solve the problems with non-payments and payments for insurance claims. An active use of the class approach was forced to be undertaken by the tough policy of Central and local authorities towards the private owners.
