Symptom frosted glass and its morphological components

High resolution multi-detector computed tomography (HRCT) greatly increased the possibility of method in diagnosis lung diseases. The amount of information generated by HRCT allow to gain a detailed analysis of pathologic changes in morphology. There is specific terminology used to describe Computed Tomographic (CT) appearance in lung diseases, which are mostly borrowed from foreign literature. Understanding the nature of the pathological process must exclude the use of vague terms when describing lung CT images. In this article we considered «ground glass» appearance from morphological point of view.
