We report a case of simultaneous laparoscopic and thoracoscopic echinococcectomy in the liver and lungs in a 23-year-old male patient presented with echinococcal cysts in the right lobe of the liver and lower lobe of the left lung (detected using computed tomography). The patient underwent laparoscopy, open echinococcectomy in the liver followed by left-sided thoracoscopy and open echinococcectomy in the lungs. The postoperative period was uneventful. Once recovered, the patient was discharged from hospital. The described surgical interventions were possible due to the anatomical and topographic location of the parasitic cysts. Surgical treatment aimed to ensure complete removal of parasitic cysts with minimally invasive procedures.
