Introduction: this article examines the legal nature of the 'symbol of military glory' as a criminal object and clarifies its criminal features. Literature Review: reveals that the legal category of 'symbol of military glory' has not received sufficient attention in the field. The only study on the usage of the term 'symbol' in Russian criminal law was conducted by O.E. Spiridonova.
