Syndicated loan and its prospects of development of the Russian Federation

The article describes the features of syndicated lending and its procedures in domestic practice, the drawbacks of the regulatory framework for this type of lending. The prospects for expanding the practice of using syndicated lending to increase investment in fixed assets in industry and other branches of the real sector are considered.
