Syndrome of endogenous intoxication in children with AD with disorders of vegetative and thyroid status

Bronchial asthma (BA) in children, as a widespread allergic disease with a poor prognosis, is a major public health problem. Epidemiological studies, in accordance with the International Program ISAAC, have established the highest BA level in children - 10-15%. In the pathogenesis of children with disorders of the autonomic and thyroid status, one of the leading clinical manifestations is the syndrome of endogenous intoxication. These are, first of all, destructive processes, as a result of which an excessive amount of intermediate and final metabolic products accumulates in the body, which have a toxic effect on the most important life support systems.
