Synergetic regularities of political order formation in the conditions of bifurcation transition

The article analyses the genesis of political order in the conditions of social bifurcation in the framework of synergetic approach. It is noted that the political order acts as dissipative structure that gains stability in the non-equilibrium environment and is capable to collapse under the influence of fluctuations (indignations) in the conditions of social bifurcation. The author explains that in a point of bifurcation there arise potential structures of a new political order.
