Synoptic description for meteorological substantiation of sustainable work of wind-generators on the example of Iceland

In the course of my scientific work, a program was created that would allow, taking into account the need for energy expressed in kWh *, to calculate the parameters of the wind generator that could provide enough electricity. When estimating the required capacity of the battery, the number of days without winds at weather stations No. 1 and No. 2 in Iceland was estimated. Long windless weather is not typical for such a weathered region as Iceland. To explain the reasons for such anomalies, it is necessary to look at the synoptic maps of the region.
