Synthesis of Portland cement clinker with use of basaltic rock

It is established, that it is possible to synthesize portlandcement clinker at the temperatures 1250-1300 С with use of basaltic as alumino-silicate component and additive of fluoride mineralizer. Temperature reduction of clinker formation is the result of low melting temperature of basaltic rocks strong destructive action of fluorine ion and also of catalytic action of CaF2 at the stage of decomposition of carbonate component manifested information of number of intermediate unstable compounds.
