The processes of interaction of the engineering cycle, engineering and economic methods of analysis and synthesis of production structures, at the stages of the industrial revolution (Industry 5.0) of the Donetsk People's Republic, are associated with the design of progressive forms of organization of production and production systems (PFOP and PS). It is a complex scientific and technical task in which numerous organizational and technical solutions (Industry 4.0) intersect, this requires various technological areas to develop innovative models, methods and tools, create new forms and ways of organizing production structures, proves the need for scientific justification of the quality of the designed production system as a whole. As part of this article the main stages of technical design of progressive forms of production organization are substantiated, approaches to the choice of theoretical schemes of development of spatial and branch structure of the production process of industrial enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic are characterized, simulation modeling of forms of organization of production processes and production systems is carried out, technological areas of solving problems of structural synthesis according to the most important criteria of interrelation of indicators of technical, technological and economic evaluation of the effectiveness of key indicators of the production process quality are allocated. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that a clear correlation of these elements in a unified innovation process will lead to the creation of new forms of sustainable development of advanced technologies, expand the capabilities of the enterprise and maximize the efficiency and productivity of personnel.
