System of objectives, criteria and limitations in the effectiveness evaluation of bankruptcy procedures

The article deals with the effectiveness of the bankruptcy procedure, which influences not only the percentage of repayment claims of the creditors, but also the fate of the enterprise itself (or its business), as well as the interests of owners, workers and the state. The author systematizes a number of showings with a purpose of resolution of the urgent issue of bankruptcy efficiency evaluation, the problem determining the ranking of arbitration managers when they are nominated.
