Trust property management system for evaluation of the effectiveness of investment in tourism

In article the urgency of application of system of a goals management the property is proved at planning of investment activity in tourism sphere, problems and complexities of introduction of this system in tourism sphere in modern conditions are considered. Ways of the decision of the revealed problems on the basis of application of system of a goals management by the property are offered. Methods of an estimation of management efficiency by investment activity of the enterprises of sphere of tourism on the basis of application of system of a goals management by the property are proved.
