System and methods of state financial support for small businesses in the Russian Federation

The purpose of this work is to analyze the problem of formation of small business development in the region of the Sverdlovsk region. The article is devoted to the method of irrevocable disbursement of financial resources to business entities at the expense of the state budget, methods of financing small businesses, financial and credit support. The article considers small business as an enterprise that meets the criteria for the number of employees and the share in the authorized capital of state, municipal and public associations.
