The article considers various approaches to feasibility of the corporate agreements system and criteria of its formation. By the analysis of the agreement system in the lawmaking and law-enforcement aspects the author discusses conditionality of various legal forms by the objective factors of social development. The study reveals specifics of the contractual relations and suggests the legal regulation coincidental with the relations under the control.
