Criteria and indicators system for evaluating the fire seasons tension

The authors propose a system of criteria and indicators for the evaluation of natural-anthropogenic factors leading to vegetation fires, the significance of these conditions determined by the quantity of fires. On the example of the Khabarovsk territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region it is shown how to use the desirability function for calculating the complex index of fire seasons tension.
