Systematic study of the functional and metabolic status of athletes was held two days after the return from the mountains to the plains. The blood system, fluid, protein, lipid and water exchange, the functional parameters of the stomach and liver, hormonal and enzymatic activity allowed to judge the impact of mountain climate in the conditions of preparation of athletes to the functional system of an organism. Similar integrated is not invasive research we did not find in the available literature. The data obtained allow us to judge the impact of factors of mid-mountain and training process on the functional and metabolic status of athletes, timely detection of deviations from the reference borders and adjust the available shifts. The main objective of the cascade mountain training - improving endurance athletes remote kinds of sports. However, the return on the plain is the redistribution of the links of the regulation of functional status, voltage and requires an individual time to деакклиматизации and restoration of physical performance (FR).
