The system of personnel motivation at Sberbank

This paper describes the staff motivation system using the example of largest Russian bank Sberbank. In particular, the paper examines monetary and non-monetary ways of material and non-material incentives for employees in Sberbank and a number of other projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the bank's personnel.
