George Bataille’s system of reasoning: an attempt of reconstruction

The article analyzes the theoretical and literary works of Georges Bataille in order to identify and describe a certain stable system in philosopher’s eclectic thought and to interpret his texts as a product of a specific methodological approach. Basing on the study of Batailles’s theoretical works the author reveals an array of key categories, on which rests the philosophical system of French thinker, and the relations that he sets between these categories.
