The public educational system in soviet Russia in 1920th formation and the issue of religion

The article covers the problems of interrelationship of school and religion in 1920 th, when the Soviet power took the decision to bring religion outside the educational as well as prepared for the fundamental reorganization of the educational system which could give the opportunity, to bring up a new personality, being able to sacrifice his life for realizing the most utopia ideas.
