The article gives the description of the process of teachers' training who has the complex of qualities of a cultivated person and represents the national culture and mentality. The authors propose the model of a modern teacher, college-leaver and describe the system of pedagogical support as one of the conditions for forming of intellectual features of future teachers in the educational process of pedagogical college.
