The indicators system of innovation activity

The article presents three criteria necessary for the selection of specific indicators, characterizing the innovative capacity of the enterprise, which meet the current information needs of users in making both internal decisions and to disclose it to investors. There are given examples of typical indicators for the phases of discovery and training, when informing about the stage of implementation and commercialization of innovations. The indicators, which are necessary in the evaluation of innovative capacity of the enterprise, are considered and they most used in practice. They are: economic, material-and-technical, infor- mational, human resources, patent-licensing and performance indicators. The three indicators, based on the ratio of charges to the value of income from commercialization of intellectual property are proposed on the basis of allocation of three forms of distribution of innovations such as simple organizational, simple inter-organizational and expanded innovative. The listed indicators are demonstrating the key features of their quantitative nature, standardization and evidence-based relation with the cost of the final output.
