Indicators system to evaluate technopark activities

The purpose of the study is to review the existing system of indicators for assessing the activities of technoparks and point out possible ways to improve the efficiency of this system. Tasks: to analyze the performance indicators of technology parks and methods of its assessment, to propose their own system of performance indicators of technology parks. Subject of research: indicators for assessing the activities of the technopark. Research methods: analysis of the history of the emergence of technology parks in Russia, study of the existing system of performance indicators of the technology park. The paper gives the concept of a technology park and presents the history of the emergence of technoparks in Russia and the results of the VI national rating of technoparks in our country. The importance of the innovative development of the region for the successful operation of the technopark in it is noted. The rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation according to the value of the innovation index is presented. The study considers methodology of the IV national rating of technoparks in Russia, which defines the key indicators of the effective operation of a technology park. Based on the results of the analysis of the work of technology parks of the Russian Federation and the methods of its assessment, the correspondingconclusions were drawn, namely: 1) in modern conditions, it is very important to improve the system of indicators for assessing the work of a technopark, which can be done by taking into account horizontal links; 2) today the functioning of technoparks in Russia is focused on the implementation of various kinds of projects; 3) among the already existing systems of indicators for assessing the activities of technoparks, there are no ones that would show the fullness of accounting for interrelations with the support of innovative projects, which requires further development of this system. The conclusions drawn from the results of this study are of theoretical importance.
