Principles for implementation of interaction of internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions in combating corruption

Introduction: the article discusses the main theoretical approaches to systematization of the principles of implementation of interaction of internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions in combating corruption. Materials and Methods: the basis of the study was scientific works on social management, regulatory legal acts of anti-corruption legislation. In the study, the dialectical method, systematic and formal legal analysis were used. Results: groups of general and special principles of implementation of interaction of internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions in combating corruption were systematized. Discussion and Conclusions: the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to consolidate the joint efforts of the internal affairs bodies and civil society institutions in order to effectively combat corruption based on the laws that have been developed.
