In the XXI century, the development of information technologies is rapidly taking place, as well as the introduction of various kinds of “smart” machines, robots.Artificial intelligence stands in the way of displacing people from their jobs, but there is also a violation of people's rights to their personal data, because with the introduction of technology, the right to privacy and confidentiality disappears.In this article I will consider the development of information systems and law.I will identify legal gaps in the regulation of this area.
