The system of implementation of social policy of the modern legal state

Within the framework of this study, the author's interpretations of the definition of types, approaches and methods of implementing the system of social policy of the rule of law are presented. When conducting the research, the author was guided by the understanding and interpretation of the content of numerous existing legal acts, which often contradict each other, from other factors of a social, economic, political and other nature that affect the implementation of social policy.
