The article considers the system of social partnership as a mechanism for interaction between representatives of employers and employees in making key decisions regarding the labor activity of employees of the organization. The article reveals the advantages of a model in which a balance of interests of employees and employers is achieved, and decisions are made aimed at fulfilling the personnel tasks of the employer and at the same time satisfying the needs of employees. The mechanism of social partnership allows to achieve greater efficiency in the implementation of the personnel policy of the organization.
